Master View Estate – Jumeirah Islands
A Private Resort Hidden Within the Landscape
Positioned on one of the most desirable waterfront plots in Jumeirah Islands, this complete estate transformation was designed around a single ambition: creating a home that feels completely disconnected from the city while remaining in its heart.
The generous plot extension allowed us to completely rethink the outdoor experience. Rather than placing a conventional swimming pool, we designed an oversized resort-style water feature that flows naturally through the garden, carefully wrapping around entertainment spaces, architectural planters, and the signature sunken lounge. The result is a composition where water becomes the central element without ever overwhelming the landscape.
The entertainment experience unfolds through a series of carefully curated destinations. A double-layered aluminium pergola creates a generous outdoor living and dining space, while a hidden spa courtyard with a freestanding bathtub introduces a private, Bali-inspired retreat concealed within lush tropical planting. Every path reveals a new atmosphere, encouraging exploration rather than simply moving through the garden.
Planting became the defining feature of the project. Hundreds of carefully selected tropical species were layered to create immediate maturity, depth, and privacy. Instead of relying on bold materials or excessive architectural features, the design celebrates nature, using restrained tones and refined finishes that allow the landscape itself to become the hero.
The arrival experience was given equal importance. The driveway was crafted using bespoke porcelain crazy paving, where each tile was individually cut and assembled to create a unique natural stone appearance while maintaining the durability and precision of porcelain. This approach leads seamlessly to the three-car garage and is complemented by an intimate front garden seating area, offering a welcoming first impression before the main garden unfolds.
From sunrise to sunset, every corner of the estate has been designed with intention. Resort-style living, immersive planting, hidden retreats, and timeless detailing combine to create an outdoor environment that feels both luxurious and deeply personal.
